About

I'm a commercial professional with more than eight years of international experience in FMCG, specializing in coffee and hot drinks. I've owned procurement and category strategy for a €0.5Bn portfolio across 14 European markets, reporting directly to C-suite stakeholders.

I've negotiated and managed contracts with partners such as Nestlé Professional, Lavazza and Segafredo, driven margin-optimization projects in a private-equity environment, and built brand partnerships across Europe. I now bring that procurement and commercial experience to businesses as an independent consultant (ZZP).
